The Mindful Programme

Become aware of how your mind plays a vital role in all aspects of your life

Coaching Service

The Coaching Service is for individuals who have been recently housed, or at risk of losing their tenancy. The mindful programme uses the strengths-based approach model, and focuses on what matters to you and what you would like to achieve, using a person-centred holistic approach that helps change behaviours. You will have a coach agreement and six free sessions lasting two hours. The sessions are about exploring self-help techniques and gaining access to help with the coaches.

Coaching Services

One to One Coaching      Working through the mindful programme with your Personal Mental Health Recovery Coach on a one-to-one basis.  This is not Counselling or therapy. It is intended to provide information and self-help advice with personalised sessions working through the workbook.     
Workshops        The workshops include; Managing worries and anxious feelings, self-esteem, mindfulness, staying emotionally healthy, how to know your boundaries and self-regulation.
